Refund policy

All nail sets are handmade, crafted with time and love directly by me. Including sanitary reasons, there are absolutely no returns or refunds. If you have any questions or concerns once you receive your set, do not hesitate to contact me. I'll try to help resolve any issues as much as I can.

I highly recommend ordering my sizing kit to your cart BEFORE ordering a set to be sure your set fits accurately! Each shop and nail supplier follows different sizing metrics.

Without one of my sizing kits, if your nail set does not fit you unfortunately there are no refunds/exchanges or returns.

I do include a free sizing kit in your purchased order in the shape that you ordered. 

Depending on the design, in some cases, if you ordered a general size (small, medium, large) and only one or two nails did not fit you as preferred, I will make and send you those nails over in your size free of charge. You will have to cover the cost of shipping.

Otherwise you may order a replacement nail from my shop. (just search replacement nail)
